Database server
Microsoft SQL Server 2008 or Microsoft SQL Server Express 2008 (a free download).
Web server
To run the Web Portal, Microsoft Internet Information Service (IIS) must be running and correctly configured.
If you do not currently have an install of SQL Server 2008, or want a version to install locally, a free version is available from Microsoft.
